Complaints are processed within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product which is the subject of the complaint. We are not able to influence the time of complaint resolution, it always depends on the service or our product supplier.
All products purchased in the store are subject to general terms and conditions, which allow you to file a complaint on the goods due to non-compliance with the contract within 2 years from the date of purchase.
